Walking into the Enchanted Forest for the first time is breathtaking. Winding through the moss-covered rocks along the short entry path is like walking into a fairy tale scene. I felt like I had been transported into Robin Hood, Snow White, or Alice in Wonderland. Once reaching the entrance, it is absolutely amazing, beautiful, and enchanting. It is hard to describe in words, but it is truly God’s artistic creation. The trees around the cove canopy the area and really gives it an enchanting vibe. The moss-covered boulders around the border are truly a work of God. There are several pathways of moss leading you out of the forest to stroll along and take in the nature surrounding you.

The opportunities to enjoy this enchanted spot are endless. It really is a place you need to see to understand just how beautiful it is and the opportunities it has to offer. It is a perfect place for a romantic proposal or a small, intimate wedding. The Enchanted Forest is a gorgeous place for a bride and groom or a father and daughter first look. On a sunny day, the sun shines through the trees like a spotlight, creating stunning picture opportunities for bride, groom, and family pictures. The Enchanted Forest would create a memorable birthday experience for a young girl who enjoys a fairy, princess, or tea party theme or a young boy who would enjoy practicing his marksmen skills to capture a dragon with a Robin Hood or knight theme. It is also an ideal place to enjoy the company of others or a place to retreat for much needed peace and quiet. I look forward to enjoying some quiet time reading during our first annual Girl’s Reading Retreat. It is a perfect setting to celebrate, relax, camp, or take amazing photos.

I have only experienced the forest in the spring, but I can imagine how gorgeous it would be with beautiful fall leaves and even with a light snow. No matter the season, I can imagine its beauty. It truly is an enchanted forest.
